Kitchen-Cooling Tips From New York’s Hottest Kitchens

It gets hot in kitchens all over the place when the summer months hit. Brooklyn's L&B Spumoni Gardens has been declared as New York's hottest kitchen at 100.3 degrees. And Rossopomodoro pizzeria at Eataly has been made known as the coolest kitchen.
New York's some of the kitchen experts have a few suggestions to keep the kitchens cool in summers.
"You should install a ceiling fan at the overhead kitchen light, and you must also stick ventilation fans in a kitchen window," suggests Ghar Expert.
The California Energy Commission recommends checking the weather forecast. "Prepare a few extra meals during cooler days and hoard them in the freezer. When you can't face the kitchen during a hot spell, the frozen food will be microwave-ready," explains commission.
